Jo became intrigued with massage therapy nearly two decades ago. In 2023 she and her family moved to the beautiful mountains of WNC and she received her training at Center for Massage and Natural Health in Asheville.
She’s honored to serve others in this profession. She is attentive, compassionate and desires to create a safe space for her guests to receive exceptional care. A class with Robin Fann-Costanzo, an Intro to Esalen massage course with a focus on trauma along with a current Somatic Bodywork and Trauma Release Training with Dr. Jared Cooper are informing her work.
When she is not with clients, she enjoys hiking in Pisgah, preparing mouth- watering foods and spending leisure time with those she loves.
She is an accredited member of the Associate Bodywork & Massage Professionals.
