Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage: a service that combines massage techniques tailored to your needs. The intake is not included in your time on the table. It is important to me that I understand what you are needing or wanting, so I will take time to hear and/or clarify your goals before we begin.
Modalities include: Deep Tissue, Assisted Stretching, Relaxation incorporating long, flowing strokes that help regulate the nervous system. Hot towels, stones and aromatherapy are complimentary to any service.

Somatic Bodywork Session
Would you like to feel more embodied, clear areas that seem stuck, release stored anger, grief, sadness or fear? Is your body holding old or new trauma, stories or beliefs that are no longer serving you? Do you desire a stronger sense of being grounded, safe and regulated?
We begin with a guided somatic inquiry, bringing awareness to your body’s sensations and feelings—without needing to analyze or fix anything. From there, we track what’s arising in your body with care and consent-based touch. This process is collaborative and invitational—nothing is forced, and you remain in control at all times. Each session closes with space for reflection and integration, allowing you to share what feels meaningful or simply notice what has shifted.

Hydrating Body Wrap
If your skin is dry this service will be your new best friend! This warm cocoon-style wrap includes dry brushing which supports exfoliation of the skin, aids in lymphatic drainage and improves circulation. Following this step a customized massage is given utilizing artisan-crafted body butter that nourishes and revitalizes your skin.
Body Butter ingredients: Purified Water, Shea Butter, Jojoba oil, High Oleic Sunflower Oil, Cocoa butter, Coconut oil, Extra Virgin Olive oil, Emulsifying Wax

Exfoliating Body Scrub
A full body scrub is excellent for exfoliation, enhanced circulation and smoother skin. A locally sourced sugar scrub is applied then removed with warm towels. A therapeutic massage is the final step. The cumulative effect of these services improves your skin texture and leaves you feeling rejuvenated.
- $165 for 90 min.
After receiving any service you are offered several choices of beverage and a homemade treat or gourmet chocolate. I want your experience to be restorative and restful giving you a little time before transitioning back into everyday life.
